This product was excellent for the beginners like me . It was easy to operate and understand it. The most that was on it was there is a engineer name CHRIS ZHONG to help you out if you have questions on it or a technical issue. You can find them to their fb page Poolin user group. They were helpful and giving you videos how to operate this machine. I even asked how to oil it because i need to take care of it and not breaking down my 800 dollars machine. So yeah he show me a video of it . It was nice to have somebody out there to help you out and yes their service was free, what can you ask for . Thanks and anybody right there who wants to start business, Good luck to us in our journey of learning.

The machine arrived with a small cracked part from shipping. The customer support was amazing and they shipped a replacement part right away. The machine worked great and was very easy to setup, event for someone that never used a sewing machine. Importing new design was very easy and the machine is compatible with the most popular embroidery file standard. Both InkStitch and Embroidermodder generate file that the machine consumed without problem.
